At PowerGum, we’re confident you’ll love our workout chewing gum. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used gum cannot be returned.
  • This return policy applies to purchases made directly through PowerGum.com.au.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used gum.
  • Products not purchased directly from PowerGum.com.au (e.g., from a third-party retailer).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the unopened gum in its original packaging. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your 1 refund within [Number] business days.
